This podcast we are discussing why we don't believe in giving out "meal plans". To us a meal plan is one that tells you exactly what you should be eating for each meal, with little to no variation from the plan.

While they aren’t all bad, it’s just not how we believe to do things because ⤵

1️⃣ everyone is different, different schedules, different personalities, different preferences.
2️⃣ it’s not self-sufficient and doesn’t put the responsibility on the individual.
3️⃣ it doesn’t allow for flexibility and life to happen.
